FIRST-TIME CUSTOMERS: First orders shipped Visa, Amex, or MasterCard, or payment in advance.
ESTABLISHED ACCOUNTS: Net 30 days with approved credit. Delinquent accounts at 90 days revert to prepay status. All past due accounts will be charged 1.5 % per month (18% per year) finance charge.
CREDIT TERMS: On initial order requesting Net 30 days terms, please provide a complete and signed credit application including Bank and four Trade references. Please allow 3-4 weeks credit processing time. If needed sooner, order using a credit card, or payment in advance.
IMPRINT ORDER TERMS: All initial imprint orders require a $100 deposit and prepayment.
FREIGHT: F.O.B. Santa Ana, CA
DELIVERY: Normal shipping is 3-5 days. If a back order does occur it will not be charged to your account and will be canceled. All sales will be shipped at the buyer’s risk. Title to merchandise passes to buyer upon delivery of goods to carrier.
DAMAGES/LOSS: All claims involving loss or damage to the merchandise should be made with the carrier.
1. Retain all original packaging material, including shipping box.
2. Notify Epic Products within 24 hours.
3. Carrier will come to inspect. DO NOT destroy packaging or throw it away until then, and DO NOT ship back on your own. YOUR ORDER LEFT OUR SHOP IN PERFECT CONDITION. It was inspected and initialed on your packing slip by our packing and shipping department.
IMPRINT ORDERS: All sales for custom imprints are final and considered non-returnable. As with all of our products Epic quality is guaranteed.
SHORTAGES: Please inspect your order carefully. Shortages must be reported to Epic within 48 hours.
BACKORDERS: All backorders will be canceled without exception, except holiday products as noted for our in-stock dates.
RETURNS: If for any reason a return needs to be made, it must be pre-authorized by Epic and the items must be returned in the original packaging. All items must be returned within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Please pack carefully. We cannot credit you for merchandise damaged in return shipping. All returned merchandise is subject to a 25% restocking fee upon return and all returned goods will be accepted only with prior approval and subject to inspection by Epic Products Inc. Epic Products Inc. reserves the right to reject returned goods that do not meet minimum quality standards. No returns are accepted without a return authorization number (RA#).
