Beautiful piece, nice weight and very well made
Poor Quality Standards

Bought as a gift and was looking forward to receiving it. One side of the wooden handle was beautiful and exactly as expected. I was disappointed to find the other side of the had a chip in the wood as well as a bad crack that had an attempted repair. The crack had been filled with an epoxy-like substance that had turned yellow. Obviously the crack had been found but they saw fit to do a cheap repair to a $200+ opener...I sent it back and haven't received the replacement yet, but poor quality standards.
