I love the glasses, they remind me of something one would see in a museum. I have had the flutes for several years.

I have just bought my second set of the Mardi Gras tumblers. I bought the first set years ago, and over time they succumbed to breakage. I had my favorites among the various designs. Alas, this new set is not the charming, delicate glass that I remember (and I still have two of the old ones, so I am able to compare). At some point in the manufacturing process, the glass was thickened, and some of the tumblers now look like they have come from a mold--especially the one with the dots on the outside. Too bad! I am going to relegate them to the bathroom.

Mardi Glasses

This was the second set of Mardi Gras glasses that I have ordered. This time they are not the same quality. They are a thicker glass and therefore not as refined. The flip side is they are probably more durable. I happen to like the thinner glass better. I still enjoy them!
