Nicely packaged in a monogrammed box. My son loves these instead of ice so the whiskey does not get diluted.
Lacking Instructions

Arrived undamaged and quite lovely, but did not come with any instructions.to freeze or just chill, or how to clean. Presenting as a Christmas gift. Customer service, unable to help, referred an email to special support, but it's Saturday, the 23rd, and they are closed.
Dissapointed.
