I just received the bag and have not used it yet but love the red color and the idea of being able to check 12 bottles when flying. I agree with a previous reviewer that it would be awesome in a 6 bottle size so it could be carried on when empty. I am not happy about paying for an extra bag when it is empty as it is too bulky with the box and packing material to carry on the plane.
Bring home a variety pack!

We bought this for a wine-tasting trip we were going on in California. It really makes bringing home (via plane) multiple bottles super easy. Most wineries will ship, but using this luggage allowed us to pick up a few bottles at several wineries and bring them home w/ us. I didn't give it 5 stars because I think it could use 4 wheels instead of just the 2.

Fantastic!! Brought home 12 bottles of Bomary Carignan Absolutely - 2018 (Appelation IGP Pays d'Herault, France). Flew from Toulouse, France to Munich, Germany to Denver, Colorado to Durango, Colorado, and not a drop was lost, split, or damaged.

Great piece of luggage. It held up well over the holidays! I loaded it up with 12 bottles of local wine. My only concern is the fact that it states on the luggage what's inside! I would hate for an airline employee to take anything knowing what the contents are!!
